Normally I tend to think people go a little overboard with emo jokes...mostly because a lot of bands that get tossed under that label are actually pretty good. However... http://www.hopeisemo.com/ is just too fucking funny. it's from the guys who do askaninja.com which is also ridiculously hilarious. Have fun.

WTF is emo, i found a picture of someones advatar and it said "emo the new gay" well anyway one of my friends name is Emo and he just got a tan, some new faggy lookin clothes, i though that advatar was perfect, i guess u got to be there, pretty good coincidence

Depends on your definition, I guess. Traditionally it was punk rock that was more touchy-feely than straight up punk. Eventually a bunch of dipshits sort of branched the meaning out to cover a lot of bands that really REALLY sucked (yeah, I'm lookin' at you, Simple Plan). That's pretty much why everyone thinks it's so gay these days...because just about any pop-punk band that comes out now is labeled emo and 9 1/2 out of 10 times they suck hard. And don't even get me started on the little homos who get their hair cut all gay and wear girl's jeans and box frame glasses.

And yeah Chris...it's a joke. Like I said, it's made by the same guys who do www.askaninja.com

Hahaha... that is one funny website. My Mom watched it with me and was all "Is she for real?!?!" I just laughed. Even more after I finished watching both videos. That's some good stuff.

I think she needs it in the buttoxorz. That'll give her somethign to complain about!
