Me - Are you sure the breaker is off, mom?
Mom - Yeah

ZZZZZZTTTT

Me - Agh FUCK!
My brain - Smells like steak... Hey, look at those grill marks (now gone, btw)

In summary, electricity can burn you. Please, dont trust your mother when working with 110...check it yourself

That happened to me once before. That light attached to the inside-side of the car roof shocked me and my finger looked worst than that...it was purplish-black..and yes, it smelled like steak. The light's covering broke off so I accidentally touched the metal part when I was stretching.

A 1986 Chevrolet Truck..

I'm pretty sure its an outdated design, but try it for yourself if you find that light. Turn it on (break the covering if you have to), touch the metal part supplying the electricity :hmmm: :hmmm: :)

12v can still burn you a whole hell of a lot more than you think it can. Its when it sparks that it hurts.

I took Electronics for vocational school in Highshcool.. Hell yes electricity burns. I blew up a neon incandescent light on accident once. It shot a fireball across the class room and started the wood it was sitting in on fire. It was the coolest site in the world! haha
