Icons and sticky
 

What are all the icons such as the diffrent colored letters on the left. And what is a sticky???

sticky is a thread "stuck" to the top of the page so it stays up top even when no one posts for a while..

im confused about the icons

Only thing you really need to know about the icons is that the blue down arrows mean new unread posts. The other colors and icons refer to the number of reads, etc. I wouldn't worry about it much.

Like Chris said, Sticky's are just posts that we think are important. They get stuck at the top of the page so they will always be the first thing you see when you enter that specific forum.

On second thought, if you really want to know what they icons mean. Go to the Shifting Gear OT forum screen and scroll to the bottom. There is a description about each one of the icons.
