Man, they need to hire some professional drifters. Those guys suck!!!:D
|
This just really pisses me off. This F&F series is once again gonna fuk up the whole import scene. Now this third one is about "drifting". Dont be suprised to see a shit load of punkass kids trying to drift their mom's wagon or some shit and causing accidents on highway exits............
....... and why is that muscle car in that video? Nothing against muscle cars but it really doesnt belong on the drift scene........ |
Quote:
hmm that was probably started by the vipers and GTO's that have been drifting in the professional classes |
that and the new stangs.
|
I still say that those cars have no business in it...
|
correct me if If I'm wrong..... muscle cars are only categorized in certain years. Vipers and newer Stangs are not muscle cars.
....ahhh wait until Steve put his 2million cents on this shit... ha ha! |
idk Mustang was advertising their new mustang as "top muscle car of the year" or some shit..
in japan aren't they crazy about american cars? so maybe it does make sense? lol but those "drifters" are pretty shitty :D |
Who cares what the ads say. There haven't been "muscle cars" since 1972 when the oil embargo started. Sure, the new GT sports 300hp in an extremely improved chassis...but then again muscle cars were never about chassis design. The 2007 Shelby Mustang will be about the closest thing to a muscle car we've seen in years. Essentially a Ford GT motor in a Mustang GT chassis, it'll be a great package. Until then Ford continues to fire Japanese drivers to campain Mustangs in drift races in order to (by my best guess) attract a younger crowd.
I'll agree that some cars have no business in drifting...particularly when it's FWD vs. RWD. Say what you want, there's no competition. I don't know a lot about drifting...don't much care...but if there aren't seperate classes, there should be. Now way is a Civic holding up to a new Mustang. Same goes for a 240SX and the like. They need yearly categories and drivetrain categories to make it fair. |
uhhh. FWD cars don't drift.

not true check out the march 2005 issue of honda tuning. I think it's an EF civic hatch sponsored by falken drifting on the front cover. |
Quote:
there are plenty of techniques a fwd car can utilize for a drift. such as a dirt drop drift, if the driver is skilled enough to break loose the back wheels through a turn then it is def possible for a fwd to drift |
but not like a rwd car
|
and a 4 cylinder doesnt have the power of a 6
but you drive 4 banger still;) |
just found out its got that loser zachery ty brian from home improvement in it too
