what do you think of the Canon EOS 20D?

its a damn good camera

I wish I could afford their L series lenses but damn a grand for a lense alone is a little steep.

lenses are something you can work up to, like a car lol. but the 20d is a camera which a huge potential. goodluck :cool:

nikon uses sony lenses while canon uses their own lenses

really? I hate my sony digicam. granted its a cheap point and shoot type camera but it still sucked compared to some others in the price range. Glad I'm upgrading to canon.

leica > canon > nikon > all

so why the heck is leica stuff so damn expensive? what do they do thats so different than anything else to warrant such a price?

some of the best built cameras. i heard when i go to my orientation and get to the camera demos they Leica rep will stand on the camera to prove its durability. cant wait to see that shit

My parents use a nice Canon for their digital photography business. Unfortunately I can't think of the model number right off of the top of my head though. It is a really nice camera!
