my ex and I are done for good....and I'm having a really hard time dealing with it....i'm actually crying as I type this....
I am still working out and shit..but I need to keep my mind off her..does anybody have anything they do to get rid of their stress or keep their mind of shit....because I need it soo bad right now.

just go out and start working on the car, or thake the bike for a ride.

I have nothing to do to the car right now....the bike..yeah...go ride the fuck out of it when i'm this upset...i don't know.

If I had any better advice, Id certainly give it, but I usually get cheered up from a good drive or busting some knuckles open on the car. Maybe you could just change the oil, check plug gap, wash/wax it? I dont know...its all Ive got...

I'm doing an oil change on the bike and civic tomorrow..and doing a new air filter and cleaning the carbs and lubing the chain...work was great tonight..never though of it once..

Ive never understood why, if a woman is the the source of the problem, you'd go get another one to take care of it. Never works for me

I am kind of 50-50 on that one...yes another woman would be nice....but on the other hand...i do'nt want to deal with women right now..hahaha...things are getting better now....just got home from the gym..went and worked out hard today..my buddy is coming over...were going for lunch.

Well now the pain has gotten officially worse. I honestly can't deal with this right now. I'm having the hardest time getting out of my bed and I can't fucking stop crying. I just can't deal with this anymore.

We've all been there before and you know that all of us are here to talk if you want.
People will tell you to get outside, but you cant do that 24hrs - theres going to be down time, where all you have are your thoughts... Just try to stay busy, is all I can suggest. No tv.

In a few days it will get better. There are lots of women out there.

Like Pat said Derek...it's happened to everyone. When my ex left (well...ok...I kicked her out after she cheated), I was so fucking angry and depressed I was seriously worried I'd hurt myself or someone else for a little while. But time heals all wounds, as they say (I'm not sure who "they" are, but whatever). I've always found that during a really bad break-up you sort of go through the 5 stages of grieving...only not in the same order generally. The stages are (in order):

- Denial
- Anger
- Bargaining
- Depression
- Acceptance

You'll probably go through at least 4 of those...not in any particular order. I've found anger to usually be the last and often the most beneficial. That's when you start thinking "Hey...fuck her. I've got my own shit to do" and then you start getting back out into the world if for no other reason than spite. Never underestimate spite...it gets tons of shit done.

I know things will pass....but it's just hard right now...i haven't been watching much tv...i am however watching overhaulin right now hahaha....

Honestly, Im depressed a lot. I often feel lonely and bored, dont like my personality or whatever (thats a thread for another time)...but I always end up being alright.
Theres been a couple times Ive brought up my bad times w/ people here, lots of us have...its nothing to be sorry about.

I didnt really care for that overhaulin too much. The chick wasnt there and Im really waiting for the civic one to see how much they ruin it w/ ricer crap like apc instead of doing any research and buying mugen (like mopar).

When me and kelly broke up (4 years) It took me 3 months to get over her....


Then I humped anything in sight (13 girls to be exact). Even tried humping Mike. I would have got him that door didn't lock.
