Everyone spam this guy - Ripped me off
handaperformance@sbcglobal.net
Owes me $20 or a set of drive belts. He's blocked my email address and is non-responsive to ebay. Since an ebay claim is $25, Im pretty stuck...so all I want to do is piss him off. Email him and ask him where my parts are...over and over and over. Edit*** Contact info: Mark Fontaine (925) 978-2770 (925)584-5984 3700 Delta Fair Blvd. STE 211 Antioch, CA 94509 Home Address: Mark Fontaine 2339 Peachtree Cir Antioch, CA 94509 |

He'll know me as either (or he should)
I sign email as Pat and my ebay ID is PDiggityDogg Chris, you kick ass! |
i'll get at least 50 more to him :D
|
I sent a few but can't do the volume Chris is. I'm already on thin ice with my ISP's abuse center (for file sharing).
Speaking of ISP abuse centers, his ISP might be interested in knowing that he is using his internet connection for fraudulent activities which almost always constitutes a breach of contract on his part. If you can give me his IP address I can give you his ISP and their abuse center info. |
How would I go about finding is IP through email address?
Here's a phone number he gave me (925) 978-2770 925)584-5984 3700 Delta Fair Blvd. STE 211 Antioch, CA 94509 Mark Fontaine 2339 Peachtree Cir Antioch, CA 94509 |
There's a number of ways.
The best way is to look at the email header. There's a good article on about.com at http://compnetworking.about.com/od/w...dressemail.htm (skip to the next part of this post before doing all of that, though). That basically deals with finding headers which contain IP addresses. Another great article at http://www.stopspam.org/email/headers.html as well. Essentially, what you'll have to do is right click on the message while it's in your inbox (or wherever you saved the message), click on "properties" (sometimes it will be "options" depending on your email client...I use Outlook Express and it's listed as properties), then click on the "details" tab and then copy and paste what you see. From that, you can get the IP address of the sender and, with a little trickery, get their ISP. Booyah. I take it you bought this stuff through vtechonda.com? That's where the 2nd number comes back, anyway. Amazingly, the 1st number leades to the address you listed (of Mark Fontaine), although that doesn't mean a whole lot. |
Actually I bought it off ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33604 (No one give me crap about NWP, they make good stuff) I listed the address in case anyone wanted to pay them a visit ;) I use my school email and I cant figure out how to get any info other than the very basic stuff. If I were to forward it, would their info still be there? |
Can I call him, too?
Can't you do like a Paypal claim? And about the calling, really, I'll call him. |
I just sent him six emails..He probably thinks I'm a crazy bitch now.
Oh, and he probably thinks I'll stalk him. :D |
Sure! But Ive called both numbers multiple times and he never answers. It always goes to his voice mail - "Mark"
Ive made a paypal claim, an ebay claim, and a squaretrade claim. Since none of them are willing to do anything, Ive resorted to this kind of stuff. Low and underhanded...but probably satisfying. I send him 10 per day...so dont worry about 6! |

I would imagine so...it would just mean a bit more work. Try it and either post it here or PM/email me. Who knows...other people may wanna know how this works. |
I could always knock on his fromt door.....
