Had a similar noise in my 2000 LX, After investegating, found it was the intake pipe rubbing on the strut tower. Fixed it with a little square of Dynomat. Did you install polyurethane suspension bushings up front? They squeak....

yeah i have the polyurethan bushings installed but they never squeaked so far. i used plenty of that grease that came with the kit
