So they want to take over all of the oceans and whatnot? Fine...go for it. It's not like they're really in a position to really take them since the U.N. military is basically the U.S. military.

Yea.....but why is it cool again? It would just cost us Millions if not BILLIONS of dollars to "protect" or "control" what happens in the seas. This is just another stupid thing to add to the bush list of dumb ass ideas he has had
