5600 ultra vs 5700 LE

So I have an option between the BFG 5600 Ultra 128mb I'm running now and a new MSI 5700LE 256mb. Which would you choose, why?

The 5600 has a higher mem bandwith but the 5700 can be clocked up to the 5700 Ultra speeds very easily.
