Fogs/driving lights
 

im currently winning a bid for fog lamps. it says i have to tear threw the dash to get to the relay. which is fine. but in the install guide it say i have to disconnect a bunch of shit around the steering column to get to the relay for the fogs. is that totalled nessacary? is there a way around it?

the parts are: the piping to the drivers side air vent. the support for the steering column. three wires from the cruse controll, dimming light, and the 4 ways.

if you want i can post the online install guide and point out what im talking about.
