Exactly. This actually suprised me. I know the south is famous for it's racist ways, but I would've hoped it had at least enough people to pass a basic legislation that bans nomenclatures used about 50 years ago. I don't see the harm in removing the mentioned phrases from their state constitution...but apparently some trailor park trash voted in force this time around. And people wonder why this country is that butt of the world's jokes.
