Seeing the other thread about halo 2 made me wonder which game consoles you guys own

i own none. i like solitaire lol.

btw i edited the poll for those that don't have a game console

I own a gamecube and a ps2...and play them about equally as much.....which is none.

Only reason Im keeping them is for RE4 and Gran Turismo4

yeah which brings up a good point. Nov. 6th i had my 50 bucks in hand and went to EB games to pick up GT4 only to find out that the release date had been bumped up to january, i was so pissed:mad:

Hell...it was originally scheduled for May, wasn't it? The game must have some serious issues. But PS2 owns IMO...much better selection and the controller isn't half the size of the console like the Xbox. But Halo does look cool...although I've never played either version.

you talking about the OG controller man?...they dont' even make those anymore. They rock though, i've been looking for one. And Both Halo's rock. I'm lovin h2's campaign right now(level 8 on heroic)
and getting back to topic. I have an xbox right now, but i have owned all the systems which are currently out. I can't wait for forza motorsport.

i'm with steve, the dualshock (er dualshock 2) is kick ass. Not to mention the gaming selection is massive (although x-box has caught up pretty good and i could give a shit about gamecube) And PS2 is living up to their expandability capabilities (hard drive, keyboards, broadband connector). And the gran turismo titles kick major ass.

I don't know...I wasn't aware they changed controllers. The original ones were way too big for me to even use. Those things sucked ass.

yeah, the first 1 was huge(but i like it) and i guess they got some feedback from gamers and they preferred a smaller controller so they came out with the controller-s which is tiny compared to the older.

What is this Forza game I keep hearing so much about? Is it like GT4? Similarities? Differences?

I have a PS2, I've been playing it quite a bit since GTA:San Andreas came out.

I have to play gtasa in spurts, every few days or I'll get tired of it.
But...when I do play its for hours and I dont even do the missions. Lately, Ive been trying to make it all the way past the g.gate bridge w/o getting killed by the popos. Farthest I made it was 1/2 way across the water...

its supposed to be Xbox's version of GranTurismo, only better. last i hear theres something like 200cars and i forget how many tracks.

I dunno man...last I heard GT4 was going to have something like 500 cars and 50 tracks. That's hard to beat.

You wont make it very far if you haven't unlocked that part of the map.. They are mean! I ran around for a while dodging bullets and trying to steal thier cars, but it was pointless..

Hrm, I wonder if you could use the remove wanted level cheat to access those maps that aren't available yet.

Ive picked up stars, changed clothes, gotten haircuts...nothin works.

If you go in from the richy-rich side, you can jump a supra or crotch rocket (or bmx if youre at max skill) over the water if youre going fast enough. Then you can start the hill-billy area w/ a ride.

Id also like to take a supra and try to jump it over the gorge at the airport...mabye it'd fast enough to make the jump, so I could steal a plane
