I know even the dyno shop have never seen that, its crazy I have to call greddy on tuesday because all the tech were at the sema show |
thats got to be a reason not to buy it. to much of hassel to tune.
if they were smart they wouldnt put it on them anymore. i can see this being a issue. |
Trust me I know, my first time trying to get it tune the shops I went to didn't have a e-manage cable so that sucked, the second time is the damn password deal, this should not even sell it with the kit and give you the option to upgrade to some thing else I was pissed. I wish greddy could see these forums and what we say
|
greddy sucks. but on the other hand i think the password makes sense so anyone won't be able to mess with your ecu

E-manage, sucks but the greddy turbo can really do you good, its strong and has the power push 15 to 20 psi. But yes e-manage does suck |
well technically, they use mitsu turbos don't they?
|

yes all greddy turbo are mitsu, that why i went with greddy they are very strong and powerful. now all i got to do is get the civic tuned and get the piston and rods, also i called greddy and if any body has a problem with the password deal, just tell the shop to press clear map. any greddy turbo kit you guys buy the e-manage comes tuned already fyi guys. Yo mcruz you need to get in touch with Greddy and have your E-manage reflashed, that's what I did with mine when I had it.
Oh and btw I think this shop is :bs: ing you. But anyhow just email this guy @ Greddy, here is his email: kenji@greddy.com He'll hook you up with the latest reflash. |

Shut da fuk Chris (BlackEJ).... you're still gay! Ha ha ha.... sorry man. The fucking internet is working but super slow. I've been out here too long. I need to go home soon. Tell Matt to get Next Level ready soon. I need all kinds of parts. PM me focker. No gay shit neither biatch....
Anyway, blackEJ is right. Although I dont think you'll be happy with GReddy emanage. Sell that shit and get Hondata... I think I recommended that to you before.....lol.... |

whats up thermalfi. yes you and i will get that hondata, my only question is what good is the chip and what does it do. how is the water;) |
what does it do? are you serious? the question should be what doesn't it do.
Arnel and I discussed this topic a while back (you should search for it) but i'll give you a brief overview. To run a hondata system you're going to need a different ecu (since they don't have any hondata systems for OBD2 ecu's) So the best thing to do is find a socketed (it's where they take out one of the main chips and solder in a socket so you can remove the chips easliy) P28 ecu (92-95 civic ex). Then get a OBD1 to OBD2 conversion harness that'll allow you to plug the ecu into your car. Then you need to decide if you want to go with the hondata s100b or the s200b. Check out their website to get more in depth specs about it but baiscally the s200b is more upgradable and has more features (and is more expensive of course), and the s100b is very powerful for what it is and will get the job done. But if you're looking for the expandability or neat features like data logging and all the other crazy stuff it has then it'd probably be worht the extra cash. Keep an eye out on ebay cause i see them on there pretty offten good luck bro |
ok i will i really want to get rid of greddy, so will start my search. thanks bro FOCUSHARD

mcruz you might want to check with this doods http://www.wiredspeed.com/ They're awesome service wise and mad fast, I placed my order and I received my shit in 2 days, oh and also I dunno if they are still doing this but when I bought my shit they sent me that new hondata intake manifold heatshield gasket for free. |
ha ha.... JDM and BlackEJ are learning fast. Good job fellas!
Look under the Force Induction Classifieds at Honda-Tech as well. I see them go pretty cheap over there as well. WiredSpeedLab is trully a bad ass store. It was very quick. I remember when BlackEJ ordered his shit and shortly came in. You know I just realized that there are 3 black ej coupe turboed here: Mine, blackEJ, and JDM (should be soon). Now Pdiggs need to boost his shit too..... |
;( ;( ;( i want my turbo on now;( ;( ;(
|
were is your turbo at and whats wrong?

No doubt Boosted Sohc is fun as hell in the street. All you need is 225whp @ 8psi.;) |
my turbo is in the proccess of being put together.
so far i got my pipes, waste gate, BOV. the T62-1 Trubo is in the mail. it sucks having no money to just buy it all at once. thank god for junk yards! |
