I'm getting CEL code P0172!

Just like the title said my car is throwing the CEL code (P0172 Fuel System Too Rich) and i'm not sure why. Here's a little background information:

Setup: D16Y8 with GReddy 19T turbo kit
Mileage:60,500

My car started missfiring on all cylinders so I changed my plugs/wires/cap/rotor. Since I have a turbo I have been using the NGK BKR7E. I reset the ECU to remove the trouble codes and drove around with my new "ignition system" for about 40 miles then a CEL went on again. I know that the GReddy e-Manage is setup to be rich under full throttle but when i drive around town at 40% throttle the air/fuel gauge shows that my car is running super rich.

My guess is that since it has been cold lately the fuel pressure may have been altered thus causing my car to run rich...

I'm not sure what's causing this so if you have any idea let me know. Thanks

well go over all the dumb stuff first (vaccuum lines, sensors and the like)

my guess is that the only way to have it fixed is to have the emanage tuned. First of all, the WOT throttle map is obviously really rich, and ontop of the weather being so cold, the IAT sensor makes it even more rich (even on my stock car i notice my A/F change with air temp).

I think you should ditch the emanage, or try to get it tuned, althoguh i realize both suggestions could be difficult for one reason or another.

yo mang like jdm said just ditch the e-manage and get yourself a hondata p28 obd2b ecu, hondata S200B and a set of Rc 440cc injectors, just in case you are running those crappy 310s that came with the kit.
trust me it'll save you lots of headaches, I learned from Arnel "thermalfi'd16":bandit:

^^^ word

but not everyone has bills comming out the arse to pay for hondata.

So you could go the AFC route if you really wanted too, and if RC injectors are too pricey for ya you could always get a set of 450cc's from www.tunertoys.com They're wicked nice, very similar to RC's.

sohc_vtec 2nr, have you fixed this problem yet?

Your misfire problem is apparent with GReddy emanage if untuned for your car, regardless of what GReddy techs tell you. We had that same problem with BlackEJ's set-up in the beginning. The emanage is only beneficial if dyno tuned, but on stock flash program, it is one of the shitiest out there. Goodluck man....

Oh and BTW with the Emanage when me and thermal had the problem with the e-manage, I had the car dynoed and still couldn't get it to run properly so I sent it to Greddy and 1 of the tech reflashed it with the latest flash program @ the time, when I got it back I still had mad problems. so Like thermal said goodluck with it bro, but if you ask me just get Hondata if you can.

just to update you guys, i purchased the emanage support tool and got my car dyno tuned at .55 bar (7-8 psi) at speedquestperformance.com they fixed my emanage wiring and wala no more CEL and currently making 180+ HP and 165 torque! i'm happy with it now! they had my air/fuel tuned at 12:1 across the board just to be on the safe side and this is my daily driver.

also we ran the car at 11.3 psi and made 210 HP and 183 Torque! hail the single cam...woot! ;)
