Flat Screen LCD Monitors

Those of you with flat screen monitors.. do they give you a headache? If I sit down in front of the computer for more than 30 mins I get the worst headaches. Anyone else?

Mine's a flat but not LCD..

I think, the thing is that when the refresh rate is very high, it'll give some peeps headaches. But, higher refresh rates are good for the eyes though.

Hmmmm I work w/ both daily at work w/ no problem..

A big thing is to make sure te Monitor is at ee level. That should make things alot easier on you.

Hope this might help... :)

That's strange, I've never had that problem using one. Probably just the way you're set up. Try raising the monitor to eye level, etc.

RR - from the looks of your avatar, I suspect there may be other reasons why you're ending up with a headache... :P
