well i got a new project car

i just traded my 89 EF hatch, for a 93 accord with an h22 transplant, the only problem is that i need a new wiring harness, ecu, fuel rail and injectors, but other than that i have a nice car now, i will get some pictures tomorrow

IALuder 08-25-2004 08:02 PM

cb7's are sexy cars

AkimboStylee 08-25-2004 08:28 PM

like i said the pictures will come, the engine isnt in the car yet, so i still have the f22, it is lowered, jdm 1 piece headlights, 17 inch rims (which actually look decent sized on this car) the trunk lid is a different color than the rest of the car (2 shades darker, have to get it repainted) the hood had to be moddified to get an h22 in there, so it is held down by hood pins. pictures will come tomorrow,

just have to replace the thermostat and o2 sensor, change the oil, plugs, plug wires, and put the stock airbox back on the EF Hatch and the accord is mine. i might just sell the h22 so i can turbo the accord, cause the motor only has 30 miles on it so it is all good!

IALuder 08-25-2004 08:45 PM

which motor has 30 miles on it? if the H22 does ill buy it from you.

AkimboStylee 08-25-2004 11:12 PM

i meant 30 thousand miles oops my bad, the f22 that is in the car has 34,395 miles on it, and it would be nice for me the way it is. he might want to buy it back from me, cause it is going into the ef hatch

What happened to your SRT-4?

AkimboStylee 08-25-2004 11:28 PM

i wrecked it, i was driving and a lady pulled out and t-boned me. the insurance money went right back and paid off the car, so i was stuck driving the civic. it was great for the whole two weeks i had the damn thing. and for some of you that might be thinking- but hey i thought youre weren't getting that car for a while. you are right, but that is because i went down to the dealership, and they had a used one (too many speeding tickets for a 16 yr old. insurance was throught he roof) so i picked it up untill that unhappy day went that laddy hit me! but once a honda always a honda!!!
besides the srt-4 handled like crap i think, it was too tall for its wheel base, and it took a while for the turbo to spool, but the type-s BOV was something else.

no i dont have pics

wait.....you had to pay off the car yourself isnt that what her insurance was supposed to do?

AkimboStylee 08-27-2004 01:18 PM

yes, that was what her insurance went to pay, i paid for it with her insurance money

here in florida it is no-fault insurance, and i gess it is wierder that most states

edit: plus i had the lowest possible insurance, that covered: the car, of said owner, and any passenger, coverage not included: after accident transportion will not be covered (helping with a new car
