Question about Skunk 2 Silencer
 

Hey I just had a Skunk 2 catback system installed and I decided to leave the silencer out to see how it sounds, now im curious as to what it might sound like with the silencer on, its really bassy and low now, and the silencer does not increase performance correct?

Also I have a small problem of it leaning slightly to the right and touching some of the bumper, melting it in the process, Is there a way to sort of straighten it out or do I just push on it a bit or do I just let it settle where it wants? Thanks.

just bend the metal hangers to push the muffler over and maybe invest in longer rubber peices if yours is too close to the bumper.

no, the silencer wouldnt add performance... It will quiet it down a little bit though. My buddy always rides around w/ his skank2 exhaust plugged up.
