Im a lil late on posting this but somethin serious went down monday morning....
 

As i normally go in the building at around 4:00am , i go in the smoking section of the break room and fire up a newport sit down and drink me a coke...and watch a lil news on TV before i clock in and head down for a start up meeting...well anyway i clocked in at 4:18am like usuall and head down to the dry shipping dock and my supervisor told me that i would be going over to perishable recieving to haul.... so i was like iight jus lemme go to my car and get my freezer suit so he said iight bet... so as i was walking out the facility and started getting stuff outta my car i noticed a black mercedes sedan parked two cars down from me... and as im getting my shit outta my trunk, i noticed the do0d get out and started walking fast and i didnt think nothing of it and thought he was an employee so i resumne getting my stuff and started to head back into the building and noticed him walk up to this gurl that i am really tight with and me and her talk about personal stuff to each other daily so me and her are really tight friends...an i noticed him jus take a big ass swing on her and i dropped my shit and started to yell at his ass while she's screaming at me to get security...so i run inside to get them but i find no one ...i go back outside and run to my car and got my fire extinguisher and put it next to this truck cause i dont know whats going to happen so i run over to where they were fighting and an i mean he's is tagging her pretty hard and i yell at him to stop that shit and he turns around and looks at me and starts walking off fast. So as i go to chase him down he starts walkin back into a trap by where my fire extinguisher is and he starts tell me..."You don't want none folk..." and i told him he's pretty much a straight puss for beating up a gurl and dont have the nutts to stand up to me and he runs back to his car and trys to take off and i go the fire extinguisher right by his car next to this truck well anyway i grab it and try to open his car door and it was locked and he's looking at me the whole time and all he see's next is Glass in his eyes and being sprayed with that bitch...i busted his window out and srayed him and reach in an choked the livin shit outta him and drug his ass outta the car and he tries to swing on me and misses so i take the butt of the fire extinguisher and hit him right between the cheek and his nose and gashed the side of his eye so he falls down on the ground unconciousm, a gun falls outta his pocket an i standing there all shocked an shit and take the gun and go back over to where my homegurl is laying at so i go to help her up and she's bleeding all over me from where he pistol whipped her in the head and take her inside a i sit her down....i go back outside and he's sitting up against a car mumbling something out but i get him up and walk him in with a gun pointed down at his leg....he tries to get free an shoots me an elbow to my face to try and free himself from me i shoot his knee out an drug his ass into the building and threw him into a chair...and that was the end to everything...sorry for ranting but this has been on my mind the whole week and i jus need to let it out I jus cant believe that i actually unarmed...chased a do0d down with a gun...everybody says i had some balls to do that and jus yesterday she came back to work from being off for a couple of days....she thanked me and gave me a big ass hug and i was recognized for my so called "Heroic Actions" during our general meeting in front of all the people who work at the facility:cool:

lol....nah...I tried to holla at her about a month ago... but she said she went with someone...so i was like iight then thas coo... but she is fine ....i'd rate her a 8 but everybody at work swears that me and her are dating because we aare always together....but she has 3 kids and is 31 yrs/old and im finna be 22 but she says that the age doesnt matter ....she says she hopes that one day she can be with me:yes: but this is what i think>> :rolleyes: :no: :mad:

yeah thas what my mom was telling me because i busted his window out and he'd prolly get me for doctor bills to but i told my mom that it prolly wouldn't go through since i acted in self defense on her part :confused:

having a gun isnt illegal last time i checked. according to his story the guy never pulled the gun on the woman so in the laws eyes, its drag taking the law in his own hands. =( shit, even if he had the gun pulled on her and he stoppped it, in the laws eyes, its not legal legal although it should be. our society is soo ****ed up. cant even help someone without being sued for something. =( my uncle in texas had some guy breaking into his house and cut his arm on the glass he broke to get into the house and sued my uncle and won. gay shit. nevermind the fact that he shouldnt have been there and what he was doing was completely ILLEGAL

Citizans arest is a VERY misleading thing though. Some guy around here at a 7-11 noticed some d00d beating down his wife and shit so we went to his car and pulled his "registered" gun and called the cops while holding the guy up. Needless to say, all the man did was stop what shouldnt have happened and did no harm to either of them. The nice man was sued by both husband and wife for his actions. America is a great place to live huh? That happened about 3 years ago. It was all over the papers, im sure someone in northern VA read about it?

my mom, which took classes in all kinds of law read the post. She said if he decides to sue he would win. BECAUSE, according to your story he was on his way back to his car when you chased after him. Meaning he was no threat at the time when you did what you did. The gun wouldnt have been envolved at all if you let him go and just wrote down his tags!! She also said that its a big possiblity he wont goto a lawyer because he might be scared to letting the shit he did out in the open. Im sure he will though if "she" presses charges.
