all conversion are going to cost more then you think. i would just buy a Si Lip and a Type R Grill JDM head lights and call your front end good.
why make your car look like something its not? |
^true^
Event a Teg front conversion is hard |
I dont know, the sol conversion would be around 500 for me if i decide 2 do it...
|
Generally how much do front end conversions run?
|
depends on how much the front end will run ya, how much materials is going to cost, so probably around 2-5 grand with paint

How? Really good deal? Hookup? New/Good parts are going to be: $100-150 for fenders (almost anything) $100 for a bumper (if we say eg civic/del sol or 'teg = minus grille) $100-200 for a hood (new/used --- add another 200 for a decent cf hood) $500+ for painting $massive range of prices for headlights (and corners) ($50-200) (rough prices) Now throw in the skills for someone to mold that shit. Thats where the big bucks are if you dont know how or have a friend how can hook you up. In the end youre left with a car that has no idea what it is supposed to be. All that cash couldve bought a lot of other things or lumped into 1 nice engine goodie - ie turbo or build |
500 for painting .... where do u get your shit painted...
it would have costed me 600 all together for the sol to a 00 civic conversion... |
Whoops, I guess I didnt factor in hood painting price
fender for me is 125 and bumper is 225 = 350 add another 125 for another fender and its roughly 500 So, Id imagine another 100+ for a hood, yeah. Oh, and my bodyshop is Clarkston Autobody&Radiator ....."Now w/ 2 locations!" Local place that does fantastic work. |
