yeh so i'll jus leave my computer on with aim on and come back and i'll have like popups outta no where..i never used to get them like this...ne one kno what this is and how i can prevent it..i have a popup blocker on my internet explorer browser from goolge but its not workin that well ne more

its probably spyware.. like from kazza or some other crap you've installed.

Try geting a remover or format your computer and only install shit you really use

spyware indeed
get spybot and bazooka
run them both (spybot first)
Bazooka is more involved because you have to delete the things yourself via the registry, but it will get everything

from where???? and i dont use kazaa but i have it on my pc

Check for spyware also try disabling the messanger service for windows?
