3) I can't believe they can do this
4) its a porn place, so dont go there if you dont want to see it (its not good anyways...)

Has anyone ever had to deal with this place before?

Today, for the second time, I found a bill for $8, from Compact Digital, for something I didnt order, being sent to my house. Last time it was a set of porn cdroms, and I will bet that it will be the same thing this time as well.
As before, I have called my credit company and cancelled the order and have been refunded.
Unfortunately, because the amount is under $10 there will be no investigation.
I NEVER bought something from these people, I NEVER went to the website, I NEVER called then, I NEVER did anything. Yet, there is the bill.
When I asked if this was a common problem, I hear "Yes, lately we have been hearing this a lot from this company" ...So why are they still in business????? It seems that they get information via other websites age verification systems. Ya know...that really interesting because I refuse to pay for porn (because its free everywhere!) so I certainly do not fill out any forms...let alone input my credit card!
I swear...if this happens a third time Im gonna sue their asses off.
Not to mention cancel my credit card (capital one has baaaad cs anyway...and my rates are too high).

Nah, I doubt it.
The last one Im still good friends w/ and the one before that I didnt use the card that I have now on.
I might just change card #'s anyway...

Dude, that is totally fucked. I'd call your CC company and ask for the company's contact information. Then just harrass the living shit out of them with phone calls about how they'd better stop and blah blah blah. Fuckin thieves.

Oh Ive already tried phone contact (Its even listed on google's directory) Their entire system is automated! If you press 3 or whatever to speak to a representative, you hear "no one is available to take your call..." Of Course!

find out the supprt e-mail for the site and flood it.

The interesting thing is after looking for them on google, they seem to be affiliated w/ all sorts of other sites. Each one is plastered w/ info on how to opt-out/cancel memberships (that no one signed up for).
