you guys wanna go 220?
INSANE
Hayabusa's are pretty cool. I had an older (50's) english customer when I worked at Good Guys who had a Hayabusa.
Wow is it just me or does everyone else want a bike after just watching this?

It's just you...but that was pretty sweet I don't think I'd wanna hold a wheelie until 140mph. I'm with V8...it's cool but I'm not that stupid. |
Ive hit 180 on a bike.. I think Ill stop there.
And hes most likely going towards 250-260.. the speedo stops at 220 but watch the tach.. still accelerating. |
[speechless]

"makes me want a bike even more...." word.. -.NsaNiTi.- yea i noticed that too.. |
rather do 220 in a car
i dunno how u accelerate that hard on a wheelie, i would flip backwards....

Only a few cars can do 220 mph that fast...and like said, that was more like 230-250 since the tach kept on going after he maxed out his speedo. |
i've wanted a bike for a LONG time...parents won't let me get one though...so this summer when i turn 18 i'm gonna hafta get me one.
That is Kilometers not Miles.
^^ I don't think it is Paul. That's what I thought at first, but if you look into the center of the speedo you can see the Km measurements (or at least what look like Km markers).

No its not... the inside ring is kmph. Larger numbers are mph. edit: You beat me to it GT40 :D |
^I think Paul is right. I think the speedo is registering in kilometers/hour, not in miles/hour. 220+ mph is ridiculous, I don't believe the gearing will allow it to go that fast anyway.
Looking over some of the specs I'm not so sure. Apparently the factory rated top speed is somewhere in the area of 190mph. This would be over 360kmph. Also, notice the guy pushes it pretty well past the redline on the tach. Also, there's no info on that specific bike. It could be some crazy modified or straight up racing bike. I still say it's 220mph...if it's Kmph, then what are the numbers on the inside of the speedo for?
I thought Hayabusa's were rated around 227mph
It's in MPH...middle is KMPH..
just look at the screen where 120MPH is it's 170KMPH below it meh...i still like R1's more then those pigs. |
