The only thing that doesn't look real is the night shot.
Where he turns the lights off and the robot moves a bit. That part looks a little fake.

The .uk suffix to the web address hints at him being from the UK. I don't guess it's necessary to live there to have that suffix, but its there as support to what SFKing said...

well that robot runs from someon controlling it via wires, when he stops the car you can see the massive bundle of wires hanging from its back. making it less useful for military use. It seems kinda strange, but if its true than holy shit!

then again it seems pretty likely, cant shoot something down just cause you can't understand it or it's different, as people tend to do
