Confidence boosters
 

Just wondering what you girls (and guys cuz I know you're gonna read this!) do to boost your self confidence.....cuz well we all get down about things every now and again. Or maybe what you do for your friends or they do for you to get you out of a down swing.


Me personally....if I'm feeling "blah" about my physical apperance or I'm feeling fat or what have you....I wear lace panties. They always do the trick for me :yes: or wearing red..that works too.

If I'm just feeling depressed or out of it, acting anti-social....I like to take day trips. My 2 favorites are to go shopping in King of Prussia (which is right outside of Philly) and the other is to the Inner Harbor in Baltimore.

I've also heard that women that wear hats are more confident. I like to wear hats, but I think I look like a sped in most of them....which defeats the confidence booster end of it for me.


Ok...that's all I can think of right now......

Just after my appointment to get waxed, eyebows and hair done, I don't wear chonies or a bra and that is the biggest booster! I feel sooo sexy the entire day! (and night ;) )

Well if your racer girls, thats super hott.
And if your Hott you should be confident.

I try to make some sort of eye contact, i can usually get a good idea from eye contact. Once I've determined that it's worth the attemp, I just muster up the balls and do it. Rejection is part of life, it makes you stronger.

Yah you're right about the going comando thing....I've done that numerous times before....makes ya walk with your head held a lil higher in the air than normal.

but the no bra thing....can't do it. That is so uncomfortable to me.....not that I think bras are all that great, but i'd rather wear one than not.

i'm pretty confident anyway....but sometimes I hit a down spot...so it's always having other ideas to try to boost it up some.

Oh, on topic....confidence? I dunno, I just never have confidence, so not much I do to boost it.

I liked hitting up the gym. Nothing beats the feeling from a good hard workout. I miss the free gym membership from college. Don't tell my parents this, but I think I spent more time at the gym than at the library... although I could never study at the library. Kept on falling asleep and would wake up with my face/forearms stuck to the pages of the book.

well that and to keep bacteria out of there....they're supposed to be hygenic. but with all the non-natural fibers that they used to make panties anymore, it doesn't really matter. Basically if you wear something other than cotton panties for more than 8 hrs,....well we'll just say it's not healthy for ya.:no:

i am such a bacteria freak that isnt an issue with me....lol........and i now KNOW when my aunt is going to show up so its all good.

And just what happens.....?

Cotton isn't necessarily the best thing in the world either, as it retains moisture very well....moisture provides a great medium for bacteria infections to develop.

I've been hanging out with a girl lately that NEVER wears a bra. Wears panties most of the time though.

Just something I heard about from another girl I used to date.

Before I explain in detail, it's a test with a pencil to figure out whether a girl actually needs to wear a bra.

So, you tell me if you wanna hear it ;)

Take off your shirt, take off your bra. Stick a pencil under your boob (heh...boob) longways. Don't stab yourself with it. Now put your boob down and your arms up. If the pencil stays you need to wear a bra. If not, not.

well, i could have told ya long ago, i do not need a bra, they are perky and definately not small. but i always wear a slightly padded bra because i hate when i have a t-shirt on and you can see the tities poking through.

well . . . . i think there are times when a bra is best and times when its not . . . .like, i generally think a girl is respectable if she is wearing a bra.

I really don't even need to take the test. Let's just say I'm one of those girls who doesn't need to wear a bra. :paranoid: :no: I told you I was small.

At least when I'm old I won't have to worry about them sagging....just maybe getting smaller.:yikes: :no:
