The long standing question...
 

It seems that no matter where or who you ask this question it never gets answered clearely...I want to know what I need to do to a 91 CRX si to make a b18c5 swap legal, so when i go to smog they don't slam the hood and laugh at me, lol....

alls i know, is that you need to have the ECU, wiring harness, mounts, all the wiring done correctely and installed right and then i need to go get it reffed...what else do i need to do?

maybe a list would be best for this.
