****ing Tein taking too long and making my car sit on jacks for 3 weeks. Now its right back in the garage with a burnt smell that originated from the motor. Tomorrow will be spent pulling it apart to find whatever decided to randomly detonate.

and i do agree with pdiggs. if its broke it can be fixed. unless its the block. but the blocks cant smell like burnt anything. so buy newer parts that add better performance.

started tearing it down today. I think its a spun bearing. I spent most of the day moving into the garage, but got the intake mani off and all the other crap drained and prepped for removal more or less. tomorrow cams and exhaust mani come off.
