Simple shtuff(how much?)

Yeah I was just wondering how much a valva adjustment would run me? I don't know how to do it myself and I can't think of anyone off \hand who could do it, so that leaves me with the "professionals" How much damage am i looking at?

probobly 50-150... shouldn't be more than that...

It's pretty easy... if you have any kind of technical know-how you should be able to do it yourself...

Loki 12-13-2003 11:32 AM

yeah? how would I find out how to do that?

just so you get an idea
and yes, its not too expensive and you'll notice a difference in how your engine runs afterward

our dealerships areound here charge 120 for it. it's not that hard to do, but it can become frustrating doing it on theintake valves ( at least on an accord)

My z6 couldn't be more straight forward...

It's a little tricky holding the set-screw in place as you tighten down the nut (I actually hold the set-screw a little behind where I want it so it turns into place while I tighten the nut)... But that's about it...

Setting the cylinders is annoying but it's not difficult.

oh and get a helms manual...
