I'm selling my 1995 mr2 with a fresh 3sgte swap because I want to buy a rental house and make money so instead of having a nice nice car I'm planning for the future lol

I just bought the car not to long ago for 15,500 and I'd like to get no less than 15,000 for it just to sell it quick because I'm already eyeballing a rental place. the car is extremely nice, and there are no problems with the car what so ever! I just put two brand new tires on the back, had a full alignment done to the car, 19 point service check along with a radiator flush and all other fluids changed. It is being stored for the winter and never seen snow because I bought the car from FL. if I do sell it It's between land, rental house, um lol 1st gen rx7 and or an ae86. Not sure which I wanna do yet, but someones getting a good buy either way. peace
