Automatic Starters

Hey all you Honda lovers...
I've got a 2003 Honda Accord EX. Looking for a recommendation on the BEST automatic starter for my Honda... Seems as though it would be complicated to put one in, since I've already got an alarm system and keyless entry.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated..

i would go with a viper 550esp, but that comes with the keyless entry too. ask some installers around your area what options they reccoemend.

guessing you have a automatic tranny?

Hell no! Manual Tranny... How does that impac the ability to get the automatic starters put in? I guess the car would have to be in Neutral every night (which isn't a problem).

and the handbrake on. also the intall of it involves few more relays that will bypass the clutch

just asking cause my friend had a auto starter on his manual and he got sick of it and disconnected it. You probably won't like it at all, specially if you E-brake fails and you car ends up in the middle of the street over night. And if you leave it in first gear and you start it up you're asking for a whole lot of hurtin

just things to consider

It's either that, or bite the bullet and pay $50/month to get a garage halfway across the apartment complex... I think I could survive ONE more winter without heat in the morning. Although, I always put the car in Neutral, and E-brake on. What the hell are the chances of the Ebrake failing?

Thanks for the info man

well i have no idea where you live but i would advise against leaving the car with the e-brake on during the cold wet nights. the ebrake might get stuck to the rotors or drums. just a heads up
