i always thougth that the HX is a trim level above the EX

pdiggitydogg 10-30-2003 08:40 AM

its just different really...i wouldnt put it on the same level as any of them
I guess if I had to Id put it above the y7 motor because its more hp, but it gets much better mpg than any of the others, however its absolute crap when it comes to getting it to go really fast (which is why after the basic bolt ons, people swap on an ex head)

thanks

i beg to differ... brett (turbo hx) was moving pretty good for a single cam.. he was turning just as impressive ET as turbo y8's

pdiggitydogg 11-03-2003 02:34 PM

why i said bolt ons
turbo isnt really a bolt on is it? I mean thats stretching it pretty far
