Alright, since we've got a pretty diverse crowd from around the lands here, I figure I'll ask here.

Apparently there are places in California (or maybe all CA?) and Vancouver where the only tequila you can get is Jose Cuervo Gold or Silver....and it's a big stretch to call Cuervo Gold or Silver tequila.

If it doesn't say 100% Agave, it's not real tequila.

Anyhow.....so can you get tequila other than Cuervo where you are? And is it real tequila?

From Mexico..haha..my parent's brought me some back.

yeah i know we can get real tequila here.

Herradura is the brand to go with. I've seen plenty of good real tequila around here.

Herradura Silver is a favorite of a buddy of mine. I've only recently tried it, good stuff. I'd rank it high.

Tequila Espolon Reposado is a real good sipping tequila, but I wouldn't waste it on a rita or shots.

we can get all sorts of tequilla. i've recently tried Sammy Hagars' Cabo Wabo-good stuff-Tres Mujeres, Tenouch(sp?),Casadores,Herradura,etc. I only use Jose for 'Ritas.
