Front license plate needed?

Do I need to have a front license plate installed on my car to drive it legally? just wonderin, my car looks cooler w/o it.

depends on the state, call up your department of motor vehicles and find out.

Not legal in Cali, but I have my front one up in my window anyway. They can give u a ticket if they feel like it though.

You need one in Oregon. I've been pulled over 2 or 3 times for not having one, but I've never gotten a ticket for it. Now I just keep one by my seat to throw up in the window if needed.

if they issued you/the car 2 plates you probably need the front plate on but the best way to find out is ask the dmv or the police

think this way...do the cars where you live have them? That'll answer your Q

-------Nihon no onna no hito ga dai suki da!-------

that means

I love japanese girls' [hito] !!

What's hito mean? I forgot.

ebpda9 08-29-2003 07:17 AM

well in oh you are required to have one in front. Michigan doesn't

pdiggitydogg 08-29-2003 10:02 AM

nope michigan doesnt require a front plate...one of the few things I like about this state...that and the fact that they got rid of smog tests (although they're thinking of bringing it back ;( )

hito in this case is linked with "nihon no onna" by "no" to make it japanese women as a group of people...so Im told. Im not fluent in japanese :paranoid:

nonovurbizniz 08-30-2003 01:26 PM

It's required here but I haven't had one on in over 3 years and never gotten so much as a mention about it...
