DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT buy anything from Asylumms.com!!!!!!!!

I recently ordered a front bumper from there it took 14 days first of all and I had to keep emailing them for them to give me a tracking number.. Two of my friends ordered from them none of them got the bumpers, none of them could get through to the companies phonelines, and the address they give in the response email is invalid and cannot be found!!!!!!!!

Just letting you all know.

heh, sometimes it happens that some items are on backorder. i have the same problems with the aem intakes. i even had a customer that had to wait like 2 weeks to get his intake.

no they told him his was on backorder and would take another two weeks, but its almost a year later and he still hasnt gotten it and they wont respond to any communcation.

do a chargeback on the creditcard he ordered it from

i always thought NOT buying from them was standard knowledge...

It's pretty hard to dispute a charge that's over a year old. Definately report them to the Better Business Bearau and file a claim with your insurance.

They are just slow. Ive ordered a couple of things from them. They get you the stuff, but it takes a while. I think part of the problem with the body kits and stuff is they use Trucks for delivery, who knows, maybe the trucks only pickup on certain days.

Only order from them if you dont mind waiting for your stuff to come.

ive been telling people for 3 years not to buy from them... no one listens
