installin taillights
On a scale of one to ten.. how hard is it to install the altezza tail lights??
All you gotta do is remove the stock tail lights, and unplug the lightbulbs right?? (dont have to take the lightbulb out of the socket do i?) then put it back in. Since the only mod I actually did myself was the reverse gauges. would installin altezza be easier then that or harder??? Does it require for us to splice the wires and stuff?? I hope not. Btw its not for my car..its for a friend's nissan sentra. |
What about red and white tailights?
its not my car..the owners like the altezza...
altezzas...:pukey :yuck: :moon:
Very easy.. no splicing..
easy as 1,2,3, just remove and put your old lights from the stock taillight and put them into new....very easy
you MIGHT need to pull some of the trunk lining. but on a scale of ease, 10/10
very easy..... hahahaha and I love my Altezza's..... so back off  ;)
hehe much easier then clearing out my headlights ;) so you can do it hehe........ |
On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the hardest, installing new tails is a 0. Very easy. Remove bulbs, unscrew, put new tail in, put bulbs back in.

check the seal on the new lights, and use some silicon if its quesrtionable. You don't want water getting in there. especially if you bought an APC product.
hehe........ I have TYC lights..... I got them from speedpeople.com (shipping is slow as hell) and they had a leek in them...... but good people at speedpeople.com gave me new ones :)........ so yeah... make sure you got not leeks with any lights you buy :)
those taillights r crap just get red/clear or tint the stock
ones |
i'm going to order the TYC type s tails later this week, i found them for $99 +shipping, is that a good price? I've seen the APC ones but my friend says they suck.
