Telemarketers
 

well, as some of you know...i am a telemarketer...i just wanted to know if there are any others on the board...
anyone else out there?
I'm just trying to find out some new techniques and maybe some job that might be available...

heh, i hate techniques, and also i hate ppl that adress me by my last name and throw a mr. there :yes:

step 1: quit
step 2: get a different job

I do Wireless Network security on the side, but my bread maker is telemarketing...My stagedy is to make them think I am not a telemarketer.

For Example: I sell mortgages and equity lines over the phone to people who where denied by a previous lender due to their credit rating...I tell them I am a loan counsler and that the market value of homes has gone up...rates are low...we can help you rebuild your credit...blah blah blah.

When I feel that I have them convinced and/or interested, I use a take away...like "Well I see you qualify, but I feel that you are not comitted as I am at this point, Let's do this, I'll call you back.
" Sometimes they say "Okay, you do that" other times they flip out..."No thats fine, I am interested, lets go ahead and do this today."

I had a guy tell me he would suck my CACK if I could get him a lowere rate then what he had now....I did, but I never got my reward.

There are several marketing books out there...PM me for more info....
