You get 'em, man. You know what I've found to work when you're frustrated? Bite a co-worker. If that doesn't work, scream at the top of your lungs while waving your office chair over your head.

you might as well quit your job...working on the phone you've got to learn to not let your emotions get in the way...it'll seriously get to you after a while.

And I know, Quevv, what it's like to deal with a$$hole customers on the phone. I hate how I have to be professional and nice to them when all I want to do is give them a little attitude. And they know they can get the best of us because if we lash out back at them, they could potentially get us fired. It sucks, I know!:irked:

Dont let it get to you. It's a part of customer service..... sad to admit. I've been through $hit like that too. Being Oriental working part time in a small hardware store in the backwoods of Houston Texas. Dude, I had hilbillies cussed me out and called me all kinds of names before. Racial names too. The best part is when you keep showing them politeness and courteousy. Most of them will feel bad later on.
