picture by my name

I can't figure out how to put a picture by my name like everyone else has... I don't know where to go when I edit my profile.. can someone help?

go to control panel and then edit options->change avatar. you can choose your avatar from the list or you can upload your own but it should be smaller than 65x65 ( i think)
