Let the celebration being

So, I've been in college now for 5 yrs (yep I'm a Super Senior) and finally the day that I've sorta worked hard for has arrived.....GRADUATION!!! It's tomorrow at 10am, and I really hope that it doesn't "monsoon". As long as it's not thundering and lightning or a extremely heavy down pour, they said we'll still have it outside.

It's just weird to me to think that I won't be going back in the fall. I'm gonna kinda miss it;( :paranoid:

But....it'll be nice to be out

So yay for me (and anyone else graduating this year) Here's a    for all of us!

You'd think after 5 years at college you could spell "begin" it's only 5 letters:yes:

JFWY... congrats

a little ot but when I was like 13 my brother graduated from "hampshire college" in mass. (if you don't know it's PURE hippy school). You can make up your major there... IE you just pick a subject and study it for 3-4 years... In your 3rd year you work on a 100+ page paper on that subject.... then you graduate...

OK... there was a girl who's degree was ANNOUNCED over the loudspeaker as :

for "Mastery of the female Clitorus"... it was just about the funniest dam thing I ever heard. Everyone in the audience cracked up with the exception of a view gasps.

Oops....no one said I was a spelling major!!! Geography majors don't have to know how to spell...we abbreviate EVERYTHING!

And at the point of typing my first post, I didn't have alcohol in me. I was trying to hurry to get ready to go out and drink alcohol:yes:

hmmm...a degree in the clit...I wonder what that chick is doing with that degree now?!?

That's really cool D, congrats! I'll hopefully be graduating next June, as I'm on a 5 year engineering plan ;( Lots of my friends are leaving this year, and I'm really jealous.

DsBlu01CivEX 05-17-2003 05:07 PM

Yah I was a lil upset because I was only like 1 of 7 Geog majors graduating and I wasn't really close to any of them but one. So all of my friends that I made at school are still gonna be there. They kept wanting to graduate for me hehe. But don't sweat it...you'll graduate next year and it'll be a huge relief!!!

OH and Baron...Congrats on the HS graduation!!
