Well, how many tickets have you gotten in your life?

I've been fortunate enough to only have 2, one for a California rolling stop, and the other for entering a turn lane too early (over a double yellow)

Well, let's hear it ;)

well, i have no points, but ive gotten 2 speeding tickets, one when i was 15 with my permit, for 15 over, my mom told me speed limit was 45, it was 30, her fault, she paid, i got another one picked out of a crowd of cars, doing 96 on the highway. 150 fine, traffic school, no ponts, then i had one for an accedent, fought it, got it droped (mainly cause my dad knew the judge;) ) so technicaly ive gotten 3, 2 counted, but one was my fault..... kinda

I wish we had traffic school in Oregon, but no such luck. The points just stay there.

Speaking of points... does anyone know an internet site that tells about the points system in each state? I can't seem to find anything under the DMV site, etc.

Twice I fled while in my Accord..
Once I fled in a 2001 Regal (supercharged I believe)..
All freeway..


Once I was stopped for going like 15km/h over the speed limit.
And she let me go with a warning. I was able to deal/flirt my way out of a ticket.

You're very lucky. My friend fled in his CRX, go caught an hour later... and now he can't drive until he's 21 or his insurance is around $5000/year if he wants to drive now.

Ive only had 2 and I got them both at the same time.

1- Rolling Stop.
1- Speeding 65 in a 50... ( this one was BS but I still got nailed for it.):mad:

I was on a freeway.. So once I'm gone.. Unless they setup a roadk block or something, they can forget it.. Cause I'm long gone!


I know the consequences are terrible.. But I was already doing around 170 kmh.. So that itself would have been a heavy ticket plus points.. bla bla bla..

Lol, back when I had my GTi, I remember I passed a cop clocking people on the side of the road, and I was going 100+, and he didn't bother to come after me. He stared right at me too ;)

Exactly.. He's just an average dude doing his job.. Not many will risk life and limb to come after you.

I was doing only 57 on 25 and got pulled over. the cop was very nice and wrote it for 47 on 25. he might have gotten some donuts on sale somewhere :)

No tickets yet, but...

We were on the highway coming back into the state, going 85 in a 65. The cop drove by on the opposite side, and as we flew past, and when we looked back he stopped and came over the median with his lights roarin. I floored it, and THANK G O D, there wuz an off ramp right there. I flew down there, light wuz red, nobody wuz coming, so I took a dangerous/illegal left and skidded into a parking lot....IT had to be 1 minute later this dumbass cop came by.

....whew....

so 0 tickets so far, LOL

Man, everyone here is a pretty clean driver!
Two years ago, I drove into a speedtrap doing 82 km/h in a 60 zone. Other than that, I've had 3 parking tickets. I'm a goody-goody.

9 or so tickets in 10 years (not including non moving violations)

0 tickets and 1 warning. I rock ::yes::

well not all of thema re moving violations, alot are seatbelt or other tickets. music violation etc.

Lemme see here.... One Cali stop, one failure to obay signs, one speeding 95 in a 65. And I just got 2 dropped ;) Those were exhibition of speed :pukey and speed contest :o

Well i have got 4 tickets in 2 years of driving!! 3 of them were speeding and one was a failing to yeild, which was total BS!!! And now i can't drive my civic till May because of my ****ing insurance Co.!!:mad:

That sucks. That's mainly what keeps me from driving to recklessly.

I have a couple of friends with outrageous entires on their license..

1- has about 40-50..

1- has somewhere between 80-100

I have only had one speeding ticket. I was caught going 78 in a 55 but my speedometer wasnt working so it wasnt completly my fault.

haha...maybe i can :) i've gotten 5 the past 2 years. hmmm...4 of them were in the matter of 2 months :rolleyes:

1-unsafe lane change
2-no registration
1-no license plate in front
1-speeding (82 in 65)

Too many.

I have to be a very good boy for about the next 6 months if I don't want to lose my liscence.

the worst disparity I ever had was 95 in a 55, he wrote it for 20 over, thank ***, otherwise it woulda been a $700 ticket instead of $280
