Honda Acoord Concept
 

Do any of you know about the mods made on this Accord? I want to buy an Accord, but it isn't fast enough for me yet. Can you really get an extra 60hp from just Intake/Exhaust?!?!:confused:http://www.importtuner.com/features/0303it_41one/

I/E barely does anything.. Especially on cars that arent already heavily powered..

You MIGHT get 7 or 8 hp from intake and exhaust, 10 if you're lucky and under ideal conditions. If you're looking for speed, then don't go for the Accord. Sure, it COULD be made fast, but with some serious time, money, work, and frustration.
But, if you're looking for a car with great lines, reliability, comfort, and a fun car to cruise in, the Accord is a good choice.

Well when they say intake and exhaust tracks think of all the parts that play into this. intake, tb, im, intake ports, valves, camshafts, exhaust valves, comp chamber, exhaust ports, headers, catback exhausts. So maybe they played with this a little more. Plus they put the cl type s engine in it which is 260 so only 40 more hehe.

that is a nice looking accord, but like Ducky said they aren't very quick, but they comfortable and fun
My Accord is only a '96 and packing only 145hp, but I love driving it, I can't wait to get it back from the shop:yes:
