94 Civic Del Sol VTEC vs. 95 Civic EX
 

Well, i went to test drive my new car today (the del sol) little did I know what i was in store for. First off, its 80 degrees so im crusin with the top off, then my dad pulls up next to me on a 2 1/2 mile straight away by my house, and wants to race....in my old car! (My dad loves cars.) So I counted to three, and just blew him away. I forgot to look under the hood so when we got back to the kid who im buying it froms (he was in the car) house, i popped the hood. Black Del Sol (from this forum) was right he has a b16a3 dohc VTEC engine with an injen intake, and AEM cam gears and pullies, and full cat-back exhaust. He said its somewhere around 180 hp. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS CAR!

yeah i have driven one there pretty quick, if you have the dough for it, it is definetly a step up from a d series engine. Nice kill also on your own ride.

nice.. What does a dol sol run around with stock? I heard something like 160 or something...
