"Rice Citation"

I visited my girlfriend at VA Tech this weekend and when I come out 3 days later to leave, my car has a "rice citation" on it. Looks like something someone printed off of a website with various aftermarket check boxes and other stuff, inlcuding lines so the person can make bad comments about it. I'm thinking the person that did mine was drunk since they put the color as "purple" and the emblems as 'not matching.' :pukey

Anyone heard of this, received one themselves?

peace.

Yup, Ive heard of them but didn't know people actually put them on peoples cars, thats friggin hilarious. Not dissing you or your car, I just think it is funny someone would do that.

LMFAO, that's funny that you actually got one. I've seen them on the web, but I don't think I've seen one on a car.

My friend had a pile of those citations at work and he'd stick em on co-workers cars for fun.

After looking at that website, there is no way my car would not be considered a "RiceCar". There are people who will always see civics as ricy - ssssiiigggghhhh.

krz2fer 04-28-2003 08:52 AM

I was "cited" for altezzas, yellow emblems (like 3 times), and my exhaust. So if that makes my car ricey, so be it

JamieS697 04-28-2003 08:55 AM

citation for people that have too much time on their hands:yes:

yeah no bull. lately if u look at it most ppl consider a car that's non-stock looks wise rice. i really don't give a **** about the 9-16's you are pulling in the 1/4. it's all a mechanics' sport. let's talk twisties ;)

That's what my friend and I were just talking about because I gave her some of these rice tickets. That is so true about how most do consider non-stock cars "rice". I can get a ticket for my tail lights but they're not the clear ones. They're housed in carbon fiber.
