Why the ppl hate the sunroof?

No, I don't.

man, i wish my car had a sunroof. That junk rocks. Actually, I wish I had a Del Sol so I could just take the top off, but they are SO SMALL!

i have a sunroof on mine...

I'll never have a car w/o one after the civic...yeah del sols sure are nice w/ the top off and all the windows down...I'll just ride in my friends whenever I feel the need for goin topless :yes: :D

It may be small but it's fun as hell to drive! It's like havin' a frickin' 200hp go kart!

I like my sunroof a lot

I love mine, it was one of the requirements when I was car shopping (in addition to lumbar support and 6 cylinder engine).

I dont hate them, but I rarely use mine.. I never use the A/C and with the sunroof open the sun gets warm. I usually open mine on nice nights though.:)

the people who "hate" sunroofs are those that are more concerned with dumb crap like weight and where it is... the sunroof is a HEAVY structurally unsound thing on top of your car... thats a high point of gravity most racers wouldn't want..

However seeing as how are cars are milage minded commuter cars I think it's a little silly to care about that unless your car is for race only.

I think the people who "hate" sunroofs are those who either...
1) Don't have one.
or
2) Theirs doesn't work.

yeah i hate them for the following reasons: not enough headroom (my brother's integra) plus the light getting into my eyes when the cover is open

i dont mind em, whenever im in a car that has one. but im a big fan of riding down a country road hitting 80 with all the windows down and the sunroof open

I hate having the windows down when approaching triple digit speeds. So, I will usually have all 4 windows up, but the sunroof still open.

I ordered my g35 w/o a sunroof partially for performance reasons but mainly because I couldn't afford it and it decreases the already scant headroom by like 2"...

I don't have one, but I don't really want one. Then again I don't dislike them either... I just dont caaaare bout them I guess. ;P

I guess I like mine. It's just there, you know? I like it on really nice days because it brightens everything up. When I used to drive my car in the winter, it would look so bad ass when it would snow because you just look up and it's all coming down on you. Obviously, I would do that with it closed. One time someone went to put something on my car and they thought that the roof was closed but it was not so I got a milkshake in the interior of my car once.

I use mine all the time. I love it.

That's why they call it a moonroof. :pfft:

I love the targa on the del Sol, it doesn't get much better. And I had a CRX Si with the power sunroof previously and I loved that too. Nice to have the option ya know.

Love the sunroof. I like opening it in the winter, when it's snowing. I like keeping my seat pretty upright, so if I didn't have the sunroof I'd hit my head on the ceiling. With the sunroof my head just sticks out. :)

LOFL;) yeah i have the same problem in my brother's intgra. in my accord i have plenty of hearoom like few inches or so. if the accord would have had the sunroof my head would be out :yes:

i really really really wish I had a sunroof.....every available damn option is on my car EXCEPT a sunroof :mad:

You can fix that right up with a saw :)
