About a month ago, I raced a guy with a 5G VX hatch, JDM B16 (170ps), bolt-ons on VX stocks. I was on .45bar and wound up loosing by about a car length each time. Anyways, last week we were hanging out at the spot when he went off to run a 6G w/ B16A. I decied to tail them both. They ran, the VX won, after which he swings a U-turn and I follow. We line em' up in 1st at about 15mph, 3-2-1 GO!. !st gear we're dead even, hit 2nd and pull about a car, hit 3rd and I'm up about 1.5 cars, hit 4th and shut it down about 2 cars up ;) Of course this time I was at .60bar, ahh but revenge was sweet!! We just sat around for a while shootin the breeze afterwards, then on my way home, what I *thought* was a black Si rolls up to me and asks to run. I say ok, we line up from 40mph and go from 2nd. I immediatley pull half a car on him, hit 3rd and I'm pulling harder, hit 4th and i'm like 3 cars up and I finally shut it down. He rolls up and asks if it's a single cam to which I acknowledge it is, and he gives me mad props for it. Felt pretty good to see an Si driver finally admit a loss instead of comming up with some B.S. excuse, but later on as he was infront of me I noticed something peculiar where his "Si" badge should be. It said "1.8... it was a B18C1!! damn! Needless to say, that made my night :cool:

Nice kills but did you ever think that it was a badge that didnt belong there. Im just saying this because ive seen a mustang with a GT-R badge, honda's with acura badges and vice versa. seen a white honda with a SI badge (we all know SI's dont come in white) and seen accords with type R badges. Not trying to rag but what if?

What are you talking about?? I don't have any Type R or Si emblems on my Civic. Just an EX emblem (it IS an EX) and my white H's.. :confused:

I think he's talking about the 1.8 badge you saw on the other car.

Spoke to a friend and told him about my encounters, he confirmed that guy does have a B18C under the hood, he knows him ;)

Oh...I dont think they offer the accord type R in america...

good kill man...its just that I see SOO many cars around my way with badges to different kind of cars. it actually makes me sick. I try and take every single thing that says eclipse on it off. if someone doesnt know its an eclipse, thats not my problem. and when people ask if its a GS-T/GS-X i say its a GS although it has a turbo it doesnt make it a GS-T/GS-X. when I race people actually get pissed i have a turbo. i would think it would be BADASS if i raced an SI that had a turbo or something along those lines.

Thanks Del. Nah no hits, but my other bumper was damaged, so I bought this one off a guy with a black hatch for $100 with the lip. It'll be painted soon enough ;)
