How many amps is the stock alternator rated at on the 95 Civic EX Coupe? Thanks!

Do you have a Denso or Mitsubishi alternator?

Not sure. I was looking at purchasing this car and was wondering what kind of sound system I can use without modifications, that's all.

Well, it should be 75-amps. I'll look it up and post if that isn't correct.

Mitsubishi and Nippondenso alternators are 70-amps, so it doesn't matter which one you have...

I've seen some items that require knowing the diff in the Alternators that you have on the ride. Does it make a diff which one you have or are they made differently?
