spring rates for 99-00 civ's
 

for limited edition ground controls - whats the best spring rate for 99-00 civic coupes? i want a stiff ride so i want to get the most out of the spring rate - it was suggested to me to
"Some people go with about 450lbs in the front and 375lbs in the rear. I think that would be a good enough setup for both street and track" - whaddy guys think?
