On my way to work this morning. Actually proud of myself for not using the warp drive. I stayed under .1bar .........

I'm on Santa Monica blvd heading tward century city and hit one of the many lights, only this one near Beverly Hills and lights that are more scattered out ;)

Along next to me pulls a civic si, some kid with his girlfriend. His car had from what I could tell... a drop, clear tails and rims and an exhaust of some sort. I hear several loud revs out my window and he rolls down his window...

si :"Hey wanna race?"

me:"Do you want to go around the rest of the day having had your ass handed to you in front of your girlfriend?"

needless to say at the green he stayed put.

Hmmmm, didn't really sound like the guy in the Si was being too much of a jerk, or anything. Just asked if you wanted to race. You could have just said "no thanks." :rolleyes:
Ah, I'm just messin' with ya. But for just a minute, put yourself in his shoes. You just ask someone if they want to race, and he gives the response you did. How would you feel?

I did ask a guy to race after he clowned on my car... I turned around and waiting for him, and rolled around to go at it.

I called him out....

Sometimes I'm in no mood to race.. and definately in no mood to be called a pussy for not wanting to race. It would have given him something to be all bad about.. an integra backed down sorta shit...

i dont know.. bad day i guess.

Lol. I don't understand why people are so scared of losing a race infront of their girlfriend. If I ever lost and my girlfriend said anything I'd say "*****, shut the f*ck up or walk" but I've never lost a race so you know.
