OMG, my smelly room mate is getting us...
 

kicked out of our place! Doood! I was cleaning up the downstairs living room and I cam across this "Notice to pay or quit". I read it and turns out that she never paid rent for March. EVEN though I gave her (and so did my room mate) my share of the rent. WTF?! What did she do with the money? This is such BS. AND she didnt even tell me or my other room mate. We have until Sat. to pay 1,599 or else we turn over the unit to them. This is NOT my mess and thank god I am not on the lease or I would be facing charges if we didnt pay it. Anyway, now I have to confront her about this and find out whats up. Man, what a smelly tard!

lol @ pdiggity. She knows that SHE is the one that has to pay. Not me or my room mate. I dont think she has the money because she started freaking when I told her that she had until Sat. Aparently it wasnt a priority for her to read it until I brought it to her attention. I am sorry but she is a stupid beeotch.

I'm curious as to how exactly you ended up being room mates with her? Did you not know she was like this when you moved in with her or has it all gone down hill since you moved in?

Exactly. I had no idea. We use to be co-workers and then I quit. We remained friends and when she told me that her old room mate was moving out I decided to move in. First few months was cool but then the smell started and now I find out she cant even pay our rent...
