B18c in an Accord

I was talkin' to this guy earlier tonight and i was telling him that i'll more then likely going to put an H22 engine in my car and he told me that the bottom ends of them are really weak and won't accept a 50 shot of nitrous. The guy has a lot of knowledge about cars he has an RX-7 that he completly built himself and has about 600 horsepower. He told me i need to puta GSR engine in it from an Integra and he said it would bolt right up. I would like to have as much input about this as possible to see if this would even work because i don't know of one person that has ever even done this.

I don't think that's a good idea. The lack of torque would kill the heavy Accord compared to the H22. AFAIK they don't bolt right up either. Go H22.

I know enough to not listen to the guy but i tried telling him it wouldn't work but he insisted it would work but i knew i was right so i didn't even try to argue with him. He said he had a 1991 Prelude that he dropped a H22 in and he put a 50 shot on it and blew a piston through the oil pan.

The prelude engines are not made to take any type of boost of nitrous.

There is a list of atleast 30 or so dead preludes (boosted) on superho-da.com (fill it in.) As I recall from someone else posting on this board when I asked about placing a turbo on a H22, it went something along the lines of the actual material the sleeves were made of ---.. playing a factor.
